- This is not a weight loss program. This program takes an additive approach focused on how to nourish ourselves and our little ones with the food we need.
- This is not a program that includes any language about forcing or bribing your child to eat or sneaking foods in. This is a program about creating a positive and trusting relationship with food.
- This is not an all-or-nothing program. This program is flexible and adaptable, with a focus on sustainable, long-term habits.

What the program includes…
- Foundational information on nourishment for toddlers and young children to support their growth and development.
- Foundational information on nourishment for mamas (because why should we neglect our own health!?)
- Weekly email and video with an overview of a nutrition focus and positive feeding focus for each week and how to implement. The nutrition focus builds on each week and creates sustainable habits.
Week 1 – Upping the vegetables
Week 2 – Increasing fibre
Week 3 – Pairing with protein
Week 4 – Supportive fats and anti-inflammatory foods
- Weekly recipes for incorporating the week’s focus.
- Weekly live calls where we discuss the week’s focus and you can ask any of your nutrition questions to a registered dietitian.
- A workbook walking you through the whole program step-by-step with tips on supporting a positive eating environment for the whole family, meal planning, time saving tips and more. These include tips to support with picky eating, supportive language at mealtimes and ways to involve your kids to help them become curious, adventurous and intuitive eaters.
- A full done-for-you meal plan with easy to make meals that incorporate each week’s focus. The meal plan is optional and fully customizable!
- Access to the FaceBook community group where we can share recipes, nutrition tips, weekly wins and most of all, support each other!

This program WILL SAVE YOU TIME! All videos are short because I know you’re busy! Or you can read through the workbook for the week’s focus areas. There are so many time saving strategies in this program, that any time spent learning will be made up for in saving time preparing meals.
I don’t have the money right now…
This program is cheaper than a single individual session with a dietitian – except you get access to a dietitian for 4 weeks! Also, if you have extended benefits that cover dietitian services, your benefits may cover the cost of this program! I am happy to provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your service provider.
