    Toddler Tip - fibre!

When looking for a high fibre bread, look for 4g of fibre or more per serving as a helpful indicator that the bread contains a good amount of fibre.

    FAQ

What are some toddler-friendly toppings for decorating the trees?

Great options include diced cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and I love adding a cheese star at the top!

How do I make the avocado spread smoother for younger toddlers?

Mash the avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice until very smooth. You can also blend it for an ultra-creamy texture, making it easier for little ones to enjoy.

How can I involve my toddler in making these Christmas trees?

Depending on your toddler's age and abilities, they can help mash the avocado, spread it on the toast, and decorate the tree with toppings. Toddlers love having their own task. You could give them a small bowl of pre-cut ingredients, like the diced tomatoes and peppers, to decorate the tree with and let their creativity shine—it’s a great way to build their interest in foods!
