Toddler Tip
This is a great snack option for toddlers and kids. Pair this fun guacamole with veggies like cucumbers or peppers, or with some whole grain crackers or whole wheat toast or pita. Toast is a great option if your little one is still a bit too young for crackers. For harder veggies like carrots, you can steam them first to make a little softer.
FAQ
Yes! This dip has a smooth, scoopable texture and no added salt (unless you add a little). You can blend it into as smooth of a consistency as you like.
This dip is super versatile. Serve with soft veggies, whole grain crackers, toast, or spread inside sandwiches or wraps. It also goes great with some lightly toasted naan bread. I love including this dip in deconstructed meals, giving toddlers a chance to explore it and add it into their meal if they wish.
