The dinner system that actually works for toddlers and the whole family. What to make, how to prep, and how to handle picky eating with confidence - so mealtimes feel calmer and more connected.
Does any of this sound familiar?
It’s 5pm and you’re standing in front of the fridge with no plan, trying to throw something together while your kids are hungry, tired, and asking for snacks.
You finally make dinner… and your toddler refuses it, asks for something else, or barely eats - and you’re left wondering if you should make another meal.
You want to serve one family meal and feel good about it, but instead dinner feels rushed, stressful, and like a daily guessing game.
You're Not Alone!
Trust me, I get it! With two young kids, both who always want to be held (especially when I'm trying to cook something), dinnertime was feeling so hard. As a dietitian, I know the importance of family meals, but every night was starting to feel like a battle and a last minute scramble. I knew there had to be a better way.
Imagine...
- It’s 5pm and you’re not scrambling. Dinner is already prepped and is cooking hands-off, you’re not Googling “Quick & easy dinner recipes that my child will actually eat” and you can now sit down with your family feeling calm instead of overwhelmed.
- Your toddler says “I don’t want it”… and instead of getting frustrated and turning to negotiating, bribing, or making a second meal, you actually know what to say and what to do.
- With The Toddler Table, you’ll have a clear, repeatable system that helps you get dinner on the table and feel confident navigating picky eating - without pressure, short-order cooking, or second-guessing yourself.

Hi, I'm Ali! I’m a Registered Dietitian and mom of two, and I’ve spent years supporting families through picky eating, mealtime stress, and the very real challenges of feeding young kids.
With a background in evidence-based nutrition, health promotion for families, and a focus on responsive feeding, my approach is grounded in research while still being practical for real life.
I’m also in it with you - navigating busy days, toddler preferences, and figuring out what dinner looks like in real time. I believe feeding kids should feel enjoyable, not stressful!
FAQ
How long do I have access?
You will receive access for one year, from the time of purchase, and have access to all of the content, recipes, cooking classes, and updates for that time period.
Will I learn about picky eating?
Yes. While this doesn't provided tailored picky eating support (you can book 1:1 for that here!), you will get a full Picky Eating Roadmap which guides you through my four pillars to setting up supportive mealtimes. You will also get access to mealtime scripts and responsive feeding strategies woven throughout The Toddler Table. You can also ask your questions at the monthly Q&A.
Can I get this covered by insurance?
Likely no, as this is a digital offering and not eligible for insurance coverage. However, some health spending accounts may cover part or all of the program, but always best to check with your insurance provider. You will receive a receipt of purchase that you can submit.
Does this include 1:1 coaching?
No, this is a self-guided offer designed to give you practical tools and systems combined with a community atmosphere through the group cooking classes and Q&A, as well as the community forum.
Do you guarantee results?
Every child and family is different, but the goal is to help you feel more confident, prepared, and supported at mealtimes.
I have a child with specific medical or feeding needs - is this right for me?
This program is designed for general toddler and child feeding. However, as a mom to a child with Angelman Syndrome, accessibility is something I care deeply about and is rooted into everything I create. If your child has specific medical concerns, a 1:1 session may be more appropriate.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately due to the nature of receiving immediate access to everything, refunds are not offered.
Is this program for kids under 18?
The Toddler Table is designed for families with young children.
