Applesauce Overnight Oats

A super quick and easy overnight oat recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup yogurt pain or vanilla
  • cup applesauce unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter smooth
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional, can omit for kids under 2
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon apple pie spice
  • ½ cup whole rolled oats large flake

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a mason jar or sealable container.
  • Stir together. Seal the container and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
