Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

These fun and festive overnight oats bring the flavour of birthday cake to your little one's breakfast. Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, chia seeds, yogurt, and a touch of vanilla and almond, they’re the perfect breakfast for busy mornings!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (not quick oats!)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsps maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles (split up) optional but encouraged!

Instructions

  • In a medium size bowl, add all of the ingredients and half the sprinkles. Stir to combine.
  • Pour into a sealable container or portion out into two mason jars.
  • Right before serving, sprinkle remaining sprinkles on top. Enjoy!
