Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk plain, unsweetened (or sub water, or other plant-based beverage)
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 3 prunes or swap 2 tablespoon prune puree
  • 2 dates medjool, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds, until smooth.
  • Serve in an open toddler-friendly cup or straw cup. Enjoy!

Notes

Makes 2-3 servings, Serve ¼ - ½ cup at a time.
