Cinnamon Apples for Kids

This is a super simple, and incredibly yummy recipe for your little ones! A great option to batch prep at the beginning of the week and easily add to lunches and meals when needed.

Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick frying pan

Ingredients

  • 3-4 apples (peeled)
  • 2 tbsps coconut oil
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 tsps vanilla

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the apples
  • Heat up a medium non-stick pan on medium heat. Add the coconut oil
  • Add the apple slices and cook on medium heat, stirring consistently, for 8-10 minutes
  • Add the cinnamon and vanilla. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until desired softness.
