Homemade DIY Yogurt Pouches

Easy homemade yogurt pouches made with strawberries, banana, hemp hearts, and plain Greek yogurt. These no-added-sugar pouches are quick to blend, freezer-friendly, and perfect for snacks at home, daycare, or on the go.

Equipment

  • 4-5 Reusable pouches
  • 1 Funnel for pouring, optional

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full fat
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries if using fresh, or thaw if using frozen. Add the strawberries and banana to a blender.
  • Blend the fruit until smooth, about 20-30 seconds.
  • Stir in the Greek yogurt and hemp hearts.
  • Pour or spoon the mixture into reusable pouches or tubes. Leave a little room if freezing.

Notes

Flavour variations:
  • Mango-banana (1 cup mango, 1 banana)
  • Orange - banana (1 cup of orange pieces, 1 banana)
