Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chickpea Dip

A smooth, peanut buttery and chocolatey dip made with chickpeas and peanut butter that’s great for snack time. Easy to scoop with fruit, crackers, or even toast!

Equipment

  • 1 Food processor or blender

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chickpeas
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter smooth
  • 1 date pit removed
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tbsps almond milk unsweetened, vanilla (option to add more until desired consistency)

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth, at least 20-30 seconds. If you're using a blender, you may need to use a tamper to push the dough off the sides.
  • Serve with a side of fruit for dipping, or spread onto crackers or toast!
