Ingredients

  • ½ cup full fat yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 3 tbsps peanut butter smooth, all natural
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup omit if using vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tbsps hemp hearts

Instructions

  • In a small-medium sized bowl, add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Yes, it is really that simple! Serve alongside your favourite fruit, crackers, or rice cakes.

Notes

If your peanut butter is a bit on the thicker side, you can add a little bit of water to thin it out.
