Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Heat strawberries in a small-medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir consistently for 8-10 minutes, or until strawberries start to breakdown and bubble.
  • Reduce heat to low. Add the chia seeds, lemon and vanilla. Stir for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 5-10 minutes so that the jam can thicken up.
