Supercharged Nut and Seed Butter
This nut butter is boosted with nutrient dense seeds, which increase the protein, fibre, omega-3 fats and so many other important nutrients! A perfect way to increase the nutrition for your little one and you!

Ingredients

cup
smooth nut butter
▢

tablespoons
hemp hearts
▢
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
▢
1
tablespoon
ground flaxseed
▢
2
tablespoons
ground pumpkin seeds
▢
1
teaspoon
vanilla
(optional)
Instructions
Scoop out the nut butter into a separate container or mason jar.
If your pumpkin seeds aren't already ground up, grind them up in a blender.
Add in the seeds and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Seal and store in the fridge for up to 2-3 months.
