  • 6-8 slices watermelon
  • 1 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ lime squeezed

Toppings of choice

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries or raspberries

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint cut up
  • ¼ cup mango diced
  • 3 tbsps kiwi cut up
  • 2 tbsps shredded coconut unsweetened

Instructions

  • Slice watermelon into 6-8 slices. If cutting a whole watermelon, first cut a round slice from the centre. Then turn it flat (like a disc) and cut into 6-8 wedges.

  • Add your toppings of choice.

I have listed a variety of toppings but use whatever you like!
