- 2 tbsps smooth peanut butter
- 1 frozen banana or 1 regular banana and 1 cup of ice
- 2 tbsps hemp hearts
- 2 dates pitted
- ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla, full fat
- 2 tsps cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
