smooth peanut butter

frozen banana
or 1 regular banana and 1 cup of ice

hemp hearts

pitted

Greek yogurt
(plain or vanilla)

cocoa powder

cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on high speed for 30-40 seconds until smooth.
