How To Make This Easy Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Add all the ingredients to a small-medium sized bowl and stir until well-combined.

Serve the dip with your favourite fruit or pair with some crackers or rice cakes.
Hint: I would encourage using an all-natural peanut butter and one that is still somewhat runny to make it easier to stir into the yogurt. Save the bottom of the jar stuff for smoothies!
Substitutions
- Peanut-free – swap in almond butter instead of peanut butter to make it peanut-free
Storage
You can enjoy this dip immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. This dip also goes great in school lunchboxes!
Top Tip For This Kid-Friendly Snack!
If you’re getting ready to serve this up for your child, involve them by letting them pick out what fruits they would like to go with the dip. You can also ask them to help place the fruit on the plate with the dip. They’ll love getting to be a part of putting this snack together!

FAQ
Yes! You can mix the dip and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just give it a quick stir before serving as sometimes the peanut butter settles a bit and can get a bit lumpy. For the freshest fruit, prep that right before snack time if you can!
You can swap the peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or another allergy-friendly alternative like tahini. Always check labels to make sure it’s safe for your child’s needs.
Try it with fresh fruit like apples, bananas, berries, pears, peaches and even watermelon! You can also serve it with whole grain crackers, mini rice cakes, or toast strips.
