- milk (cow’s milk or plant based alternative beverage)
- yogurt (full fat regular or full fat Greek)
- frozen strawberries
- banana
- smooth peanut butter

Instructions
This recipe is super simple to make – just add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for 30-40 seconds until smooth!

Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender.

Blend the ingredients on high speed for 30-40 seconds, until smooth.
Substitutions
- Berries – you could swap in raspberries for the strawberries and this is also delicious!
- Dairy-free – swap the yogurt for a plant-based yogurt such as coconut or almond based. Use a fortified plant-based alternative beverage instead of cow’s milk
- Nutrient booster – you could add in 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts
- Peanut free – swap the peanut butter for an almond butter or seed butter

I find frozen strawberries work best for this smoothie but you can also use fresh.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup milk of choice (unsweetened plant-based alternative beverage or cow's milk)
- ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla, regular full fat or full fat Greek
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ banana
- 2 tablespoon smooth, natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high for 30-40 seconds until smooth.
