Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ripe, medium
  • 1 cup oats rolled
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips We love Enjoy Life dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the bananas.
  • Add the oats, ground flax, cinnamon, and chocolate chips and stir until combined.
  • Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until turning slightly brown at the edges.
