Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened, or use any milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana small-medium
  • 1 orange medium, peeled and membranes removed
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon avocado

Instructions

  • Peel the orange and break it into segments, removing any seeds and as much of the white membrane as you can.
  • To a large blender, add the almond milk first, followed by the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
