Equipment

  • 1 Food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango fresh or frozen
  • 3 dates pitted
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut shredded, or desiccated

Instructions

  • Cut mango into cubes. Add the mango, oats, dates, chia seeds, and melted coconut to a food processor.
  • Blend the mixture until all the ingredients start to break down and the mixture starts to stick together.
  • Scoop out tablespoon sized portions and roll in the shredded coconut to coat.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge.

Notes
