Ingredients
Here is what you'll need to make these mango bliss balls.

- Mango: Provides such a burst of flavour and natural sweetness in these bliss balls!
- Dates (pitted): Provide a little additional sweetness and stickiness to help bind.
- Rolled oats: Rolled oats are full of fibre and help give the balls structure.
- Chia seeds: A little boost of fibre and omega-3 fats.
- Coconut oil: Helps the mixture blend smoothly and hold together.
- Unsweetened desiccated coconut - For rolling in! The coconut contributes to the tropical flavour of the bliss balls. Desiccated will be a finer texture, where shredded is a bit chunkier, but still works.

How To Make Mango Bliss Balls
These bliss balls are simple to make and come together in under ten minutes!

Cut the mango into chunks. Add to a food processor, along with the dates, rolled oats, chia seeds, and coconut oil.

Puree until everything is combined.

Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll in coconut until fully coated. Put on a plate.
Hint: If the mixture is a bit too wet, add 1-2 tbsps more of oats.
Substitutions
- Coconut - If you don't have any coconut or don't want to use any, simply omit.
- Mango - you could do an apricot puree instead of mango
