Equipment

  • 1 medium bowl
  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 Rolling Pin

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • dash salt
  • ¼ cup peanut Butter all natural, smooth
  • 5 tbsps almond milk unsweetened, or any milk of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, add the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and chia seeds. Mix together and form a well in the middle.
  • Add the peanut butter and milk and stir to combine. You may need to use your hands to knead the dough until it forms a smooth ball.
  • Place the dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a thin rectangle, less than ⅛ inch thick.
  • Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into vertical lines and then crosswise to form small cracker shapes.
  • Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden and set.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet - they will continue to crisp up as they cool!
