Equipment

  • 1 Food processor or a blender with tamper can work

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • cup peanut butter all natural, smooth
  • 3 tbsps maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup freeze dried strawberries
  • 2 tsps chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add the oats to a food processor and pulse until they resemble a coarse flour.
  • Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, freeze-dried strawberries, and chia seeds.
  • Pulse until the mixture is well combined and begins to stick together.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the sprinkles.
  • Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls using your hands.
  • You can eat them immediately or place them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to help them firm up.
