Equipment

  • 1 High speed blender

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add the coconut milk, yogurt, banana, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and chia seeds to a high-speed blender. I like to add the liquid closest to the blade first to help everything blend more smoothly.
  • Blend on high speed for 25–30 seconds, or until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
  • Serve immediately in a cup, straw cup, reusable pouch, or bowl.

Notes

Nutrition information is provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the ingredients and brands used.
If swapping out vanilla yogurt and using plain yogurt, you can add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and optional 1-2 tsps maple syrup.
